Maydos Glue

Chloroprene Rubber Glue
The chloroprene rubber glue is used for various applications, such as construction materials, shoes, leather goods, automobiles, and so on. The main ingredients in neoprene rubber glue are 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene and a variety of stabilizers. The neoprene rubber possesses many advantages over natural latex, including its fast strength buildup and its heat resistance. The graft-type adhesives prepared from the chloroprene rubber compositions of Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Example 1 were coated on two canvas sheets (25x150mm). The color tone, tackiness, and initial and normal-state peel strengths were measured after the set time.
