The air-drying time is 20-25 minutes in winter and 5-15 minutes in summer. When the adhesive layer is dry, it should be bonded immediately. The air-drying time should not be too long to prevent the adhesive layer from losing its stickiness and affecting the bonding strength.
The contact adhesive has strong adhesive force, so you must choose the right time when bonding, align the position at one time, and do not move back and forth.
After bonding, press, hammer or roll appropriately to drive away the air, compact the adhesive layer, and improve the viscosity quality.
