针对金属底材For metal substrates
(施工条件:温度高于摄氏5度，湿度低于85%）

- 底材处理：Substrate processing:
1、被涂底材必须完全无锈蚀、平整、干燥无油渍、灰尘及杂物；
2、旧底材维护番翻新时请将1旧漆膜清除干净或彻底打磨；
3、特殊底材或翻新已涂未知涂料需自行做好测试或咨询本司相关人员.
- The coated substrate must be completely free of rust, flat, dry and free of oil stains, dust and debris;
- When the old substrate is maintained and refurbished, please remove the old paint film or polish it thoroughly;
- Special substrates or refurbishment of unknown coatings should be tested at first or consult relevant personnel of our company.
二、施工说明(建议配套)：Construction instructions (recommended supporting)
1、底漆:底漆二道；用本司美涂士炫彩铁木墙多用水漆系列铁红水漆做为底漆加水比例不超过10%(视气温与湿度调整加水比例达到合适施工粘度)，完全表干即可重涂(0.5~1小时左右视天气变化调整时间)；
2、面漆:面漆二道；复涂面漆时需待底漆完全表干后(0.5~1小时左右视天气变化调整时间)，加水比例不超过10%(视气温与湿度调整加水比例达到合适施工粘度)；
3、膜厚:总干膜厚度100微米以上。

针对墙体 For the Wall

- 基底处理：

新墙体批好腻子后应养护10~15天，再用600~1000目砂纸打磨除尘确保上漆前墙体平整清洁无灰尘等污渍；旧墙体如有剥落、空鼓、漆膜粉化及发霉现象时应先铲除，再填补腻子整平同样养护10~15天，上漆前再打磨清洁确保墙体施工前含水率<10%，PH<10。

二、施工说明(本司美涂士炫彩铁木墙多用水漆系列漆针对墙体可底面通用，清漆除外)：

3、确保每道涂层涂覆均匀，客户可按需求进行2~3次面漆涂装，涂装间隔时间同样以第2条为准.

二、施工说明：Construction instructions
已涂未知漆膜翻新时请将旧漆膜清除干净或彻底打磨.
When refurbishing the unknown paint film, please remove the old paint film or polish it thoroughly.
1、底漆:裸木底材第一遍可用美涂士炫彩铁木墙多用水漆30%稀释作为底漆使用以达到完全渗透保护(翻新时稀释比例视施工环境不超10%)；
2、面漆:涂面漆时需待底漆完全表干后(0.5-1小时左右视天气变化调整时间)加水比例不超过10%(视气温与湿度调整加水比例达到合适施工粘度)：
3、确保每道涂层涂覆均匀，客户可按需求进行2-3次面漆涂装，涂装同隔时间同样以第2条为准.

- Make sure that each coat is evenly coated. Customers can apply topcoat 2-3 times according to their needs, and the same interval is subject to Article 2.
- 备注Remark
1、涂料应该先搅拌均匀之后才能使用，如表面有结皮，可将结皮打捞上来即可，不可搅入漆液当中继续使用，建议稀释后先用200目纱网过滤后使用；
2、施工环境:施工时保持通风，不得在环境温度低于5″C或湿度大于85%的条件下施工，
3、切勿过度稀释。会出现流挂、失光、干燥不良、遮盖差等各种漆膜弊病；
4、本公司产品为自干环保水性涂料，附着力需自千7天后才能体现；
5、严禁与其他涂料及有机溶剂混合使用.
- The paint should be mixed evenly before use. If there is crust on the surface, it can be fished up. It should not be stirred into the paint solution for further use. It is recommended to use 200 #grit filter net after dilution before use;
- Construction environment: Keep ventilation during construction, and do not work under the conditions of ambient temperature lower than 5″C or humidity higher than 85%.
- Do not overly dilute. Various paint film defects such as sagging, loss of gloss, poor drying, and poor coverage will occur;
- The products are self-drying environmentally friendly water-based paints, and the adhesion can only be manifested after seven days;
- It is strictly forbidden to mix it with other paints and organic solvents.

在5- -35C阴凉干燥避免阳光直射，通风良好的地方贮存。保持容器严格密封，应与强酸、强碱、强氧化剂、食物和动物饲料隔离贮存.
Store at 5-35°C in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight, in a well-ventilated place. Keep the container tightly sealed and store it separately from strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, food and animal feed.
